This project ensures that consultation and dialogue between people who use mental health services and service providers is both empowering and meaningful.

This project aims to:

Consult with people in a variety of different ways.
Consult with people who do not usually give their views.
Act on what people say.
Support people who use services through practical help, training and empowerment.
Give feedback to people on what has happened to the points they raise.

When service user involvement is properly planned, resourced, carried out and supported, it makes a positive difference in people's lives.
